Helen Lee Photography is inspired by being - Nature, Animal, Art, Philosophy, Soul and Spirit since 2007.
Helen was born and grow up in Shenzhen, China. Besides doing trading business worldwide, Helen enjoys spending time on Photography Shooting.
Her strong curiosity and passion for new things happening and people emotions make her wonder the essence of everything, which have been building her own unique photography style and experience.
Light and shadow, are crucially important for her. She believes west is presented as if it is continuously searching for light and clarity; While the subtle and subdued forms of oriental art, as seen by her, are representing an appreciation of shadow and subtlety, and closely relating to the concept of Wabi-sabi.
Wabi-sabi is a world view centered on the acceptance of transience and imperfection. The aesthetic is sometimes described as one of appreciating beauty that is "imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete" in nature.
Life is imperfect while it is beautiful when people see things from multiple angles and different perspectives.
Light, turns out to be her favorite element in catching moments in a remarkable way. Shadow follows the light. As much as this saying applies to optics, it applies in terms of living together.
